Power system

The hydraulic machinery torque converter adopts external shunt-mechanical output and hydraulic output. The hydraulic transmission can automatically adapt to the change of load and the mechanical transmission has good performance, which improves the transmission efficiency.
Power shift gearbox adopts planetary wheel structure, high transmission efficiency. Transmission clutch adopts multi - disc wet, oil - pressure combination, spring separation, pressure oil lubrication and cooling clutch.
Steering and braking clutches are free of charge, wet multi - disc clutches. Brake clutch is often combined, steering clutch is often separated. The design has the lock brake device, when starting the engine, the whole machine keeps the brake state, which enhances the safety of the whole machine.
The final transmission is a two-stage planetary reducer, mounted on the outside of the steering and braking clutch, with combined chain teeth, compact structure.
