Power System
●The installed WP10 electronically controlled engine conforms to the China-III non-road machinery emission regulation, featuring strong power, high efficiency and energy-saving, and low maintenance cost.
●The rated power reaches 131kW, featuring high torque reserve coefficient.
●The radially sealed intake system is applied to effectively prolong the engine life.
Drive system
The convenient operations, the higher power output and the production efficiency are achieved due to the steering system with hydraulic assist and the transmission with both the planetary power shift and the compulsory lubrication
● The three-element hydraulic torque converters with the single-pole single-phase have the simple and reliable structure, as well as the improved adaptability.
● The final drive adopts the spiral bevel gears, stage-I reduction and splash lubrication types.
● The steering clutches are of the wet type, the multidisc spring compressure, the hydraulic release and the manual-hydraulic operating type. The steering brakes are of wet, floating belt and hydraulic assist types.
Accessories for working parts
● The standard straight shovels have the excellent durability due to the high cutting force, high-strength structure and high-performance material and thus are available for all tough environments. In addition, the high-capacity shovels are suitable for all kinds of earthworks. Besides, the angle shovels, U-shovels and R-shovels are available to users.
● Three-tooth ripper is used to loosen the soil layers such as the clay and the frozen soil. The work efficiency and the super penetration are guaranteed with the strength beam, the frame and the tempered tooth bar and tip.
● The winch is used to drag the trees out of the forest and the bulldozers, with the special self-help functions ensuring the operator safety and the high traction ensuring the effective operations.
