OPERATOR’S COMPARTMENT

All steering, direction, and speed changes are made by three joysticks on the left-hand. If the operator wants to move the machine the front left, he simply pulls the first left joystick back. If the operator wants to turn the machine to the front right, the simply pulls the third left joystick back.

The walk-through operator compartment is uncluttered for smooth entry and exit. An adjustable seat with backrest is standard equipment.

A flat bottom frame, the monocoque track frames and forward-mounted pivot shafts provide good maneuverability in muddy terrain by preventing mud from building up under the frame.

Because fewer components mean greater reliability, we’ve designed a simple hull frame made of a thick, single plate. Track frames have a large-section construction for maximum rigidity. Even the box-section construction of the blade back beam is reinforced, all with durability in mind.

Main structural features

TY230 crawler bulldozer produced by our company is an improved and upgraded product of TY230 (D85A-18) model.   

The machine adopts hydraulic transmission, hydraulic control, electronic monitoring, large capacity shovel and other advanced technology, can be equipped with anti-rollover protection device.

1.  Cummins QSNT-C240 intercooled supercharged engine, in line with the third stage emission standards.

2.  Elastic rubber is designed on the support of the engine and the control, which fully absorbs the shock, making the driver feel comfortable in the tense work and helping to reduce fatigue.

3.  Centralized pressure measurement is adopted to facilitate fault detection and diagnosis.   Optional centralized lubrication, automatic tightening of track and other technologies to facilitate repair and maintenance.
